Spring Shoes 2019

Hey guys,

So I know it might seem like I talk about shoes a lot but I did work for a shoe store for almost 2 years and I also am just obsessed with shoes! They come in so many different styles and colors, it's very hard to resist some of them! Anyways, I just wanted to write up a quick post about the shoes I'm currently craving for spring!

Stephanie Kamp Blog: Spring Shoes 2019

I have a pair that look just like these but they are by a different brand and I love them! They are also in Cognac so I would love these in Black.

I think these are super cute and the price isn't too bad considering they are Kate Spade! I don't have any gold shoes and I think these would go with a lot of outfits.

I have a thing for studs and I really like how these ones look in this shoe. It is such a unique design and I think that it would go with a lot of different outfits. I also like you just slide them on and go!

I love these color of these sandals and I also love the design and the studs. I like how the color makes them more girly but the studs make it more punk!

I have a pair that is similar to these but mine are purple and a different style but they are the same brand. I love them and I would definitely buy them in more colors!

I have a couple pairs of shoes that are similar to this and I think they are so easy to just throw on with just about anything. I have a cognac color and a black pair so I think a white pair would fit in perfectly with my collection!

I have a pair of Sperry's that are similar to this but mine are white and very worn out. I seriously need a new pair to replace the ones I have and I feel like these would be a good fit!

I've really been getting into the espadrille trend lately and I love these! I think the color is great and I love the bow on the back!

I love the green in these shoes. I am not the biggest fan of the snakeskin but I think it would still pretty much go with a lot of the different outfit options. I also like how intense yet simple they are. I think they would be a really good shoe for spring and summer!

I have this pair of shoes in purple and I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and I honestly would buy them in several colors if they came in multiple colors!

I currently have the patent leather version of these but they are technically too small for my teeth and I have these in the nude color and I love so I want to get these in the black color to replace my current pair.

I used to have a pair of Sperry flips flops and they were super comfortable so I would definitely buy another pair. I love the color of these ones and the prices isn't too bad either!

Talk to you soon!

Shoes I Want to Buy for My New Job

Stephanie Kamp Blog: Shoes I Want to Buy for My New Job
Hey guys,

So you some of you may know that I work for DSW which has pretty much always been my favorite shoe store even before I started working there. But I get an amazing discount and I told my mom and sister that we need to do a big shopping trip there before I lose my discount because I will be very sad when I can't buy super cute shoes at a much cheaper price but I'm sure I'll get over it eventually!

Anyways, since I will be starting a new job soon I wanted to do a post on the shoes that I want to buy for my new job because a lot of the shoes I currently own aren't really appropriate for an office setting  and so I picked out 9 pairs that I thought would be a good fit. Granted I don't technically know what the dress code is yet for my new job so this list may change depending on what I am allowed to wear but hopefully I'm allowed to wear all of them!

So here is my list of shoes that I have complied for my new job!

1) Lucky Brand Sandal
2 ) Kelly & Katie Sandal
3) Rock & Candy Sandal
4) Franco Sarto Sandal
5) Kelly & Katie Wedge Sandal
6) Mercanti Fiorentini Loafer
7) Naturalizer Sandal
8) Crown Vintage Platform Slip-on
9) Bandolino Wedge Pump

Yes, I know that number 6 is a repeat from my last post but I think it would be a good work shoe and a good casual shoe! It comes in other colors as well and it looks super comfy!

Thanks for stopping by!

Shoes I Want to Buy July 2018

Stephanie Kamp Blog: Shoes I Want to Buy July 2018
Hey guys,

So here is a list of shoes that I currently want at my store! In case you can't tell I like the color pink a lot! And the sad thing is that this isn't even half the amount of shoes that I really want. I may need to go to therapy or like an AA meeting for shoes! I plan on doing two more posts about cute shoes that I want! One will be sandals and one will be work shoes that I want to buy for whenever I get a new job!

I love all of the shoes a lot, I already have quite a few pairs of Sperry's and I abolsutley love wearing them and I also have a few pairs of Vans and they have become a recent obsession of mine. I have slip-on Vans and lace-up Vans. They're pretty comfortable which is one of the main reasons I keep buying them. Some styles are more comfortable than others but I also like to buy them because of how cute they are and I really enjoy styling outfits around my shoes sometimes!

I know I have two pairs of tennis shoes on there and no I don't run but I do go on walks sometimes and I just love the color of the Nikes plus I also have a couple workout outfits that will match them perfectly! The New Balance I picked because I love the blue and pink combo and I'm also really into tennis shoes/sneakers that don't have to be tied and you can just slip them on!

The rest of the shoes I picked because I don't really have anything like them in my closet and I like adding new styles to my closet because I enjoy having a lot of options when it comes to shoes. I take pretty good care of my shoes and I don't like to wear them down so in order to do that I make sure I have a wide variety to choose from so I don't constantly wear the same pair over and over again.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed this post and make sure to check back for my two other shoe posts!

Thanks for stopping by!

Shoes I am Currently Wanting!

Hey guys,

So this is kind of a weird post, I know! But I am obsessed with shoes! I blame my mother haha (just kidding, no I don't, love you mom!). But no seriously, I am obsessed with shoes and I am always buying new pairs and I currently work in a shoe store which makes me want to buy all the shoes but unfortunately I need the money. Eventually my plan is to get a full time job, keep my job at the shoe store and just use all of the money I make there to go towards my blog and buying new items to be featured on the blog (and of course new shoes!).

So some of these shoes I want specifically and other ones I just want some that are similar.

1) Over-the-knee boots with a chunky heel

I currently have one pair of over-the-knee boots (that don't have a heel) and I love them! I try to wear them as much as I possibly can. So eventually I would really like to get a second pair but with a heel.
2) A heel with a chunky heel

I really want a couple different pairs of these, specifically a black, a nude pair and maybe a fun color or cheetah print. I don't have anyones picked out at the moment, it's just a style that I would like to own.
3) Sam Edelman "Gigi" sandal

I currently own two pairs of these (white and nude) and I wear them constantly and by constantly I mean wayyyyy toooooo much. I've only had them for a couple years and I pretty much already need new ones because they look so worn out. So I would like to two new pairs to let my other ones have a little breather. However, eventually I would like to replace the two I already have because they seem to always carry the two colors that I currently own.

4) Casual Slip-on Shoes

I absolutely love slip-on shoes. I try to find and buy as many as I possibly can because sometimes you just don't want to wear sandals. Maybe you're going some where nice or somewhere thats kind of dirty and you don't want your feet to be completely exposed. I love to just be able to slip-on a pair of shoes and head out the door. Some of my slip-on shoes are easier to put on than some of my sandals too which is an added benefit.

5) Adidas Striped Shoes

So Adidas has been around for quite a while and these shoes used to be very popular a little bit ago and now they're making a come back. I personally don't really like the original white and black superstar's because of the rubber piece that's on the top of the shoe but I do like the NEO line that they came out with that sells a very similar shoe without the rubber piece. I also love the pink ones and they come in navy and gray as well, which I think would be really cute options as well.

6) Tennis Shoes

So I have never really been a big sneaker/tennis shoe kind of person but lately I have really been wanting a wider variety of them. I purchased a bike last year and I would like to be able to wear tennis shoes when I ride but I only have one pair and I don't really like them that much haha. They're super cute and perfect for hiking or other sporty activities but they're so bulky that I just don't like to put them on whenever I go bike riding so I typically will just slip on a pair of closed toed shoes and head out.

The neighborhood that my sister and I just moved into has a lot of sidewalks and so eventually my plan is to start walking a lot more or go for bike rides daily which is why I want to purchase more tennis shoes. Plus I have several workout outfits and it would be nice to have shoes that matched a variety of them haha.

Another reason I want to purchase more tennis shoes/sneakers is because I have seen a lot magazines trying to make them more fashionable and I would love to be able to put together a few outfits and figure out how to make them as fashionable as possible. I would also like to do a couple blog posts on athleisure wear and how to style it.

How to Tuesday: 3 Ways to Wear Heeled Booties

Hey guys,

So today's post is kind of fall related! I woke up yesterday morning and it was kind of chilly here in Southwest Florida, it was refreshing and pretty much only lasted a few hours. Then it went back to being it super ridiculously hot self!

For today's post I decided to put together 3 different ways to style this style of booties. I absolutely love this style and I have had these booties for quite a few years now and I love being able to wear them this time of year.

I have linked a few similar pairs below and I have also linked a few favorites that could work with these outfits as well!

The first outfit is just your typical pair of jeans with a white blouse and a long colored sweater. You can also recreate this look by changing up the color of the sweater or the blouse. The most important thing though is to make sure that your cuff the bottom of your jeans and allow a little bit of skin to show otherwise your outfit may not look as good. Your pants should never tuck inside of the bootie, they should always be a little bit above the rim of the shoe or right at the top.

The second outfit is a dress with a jean jacket which is styled a little more western to match with the theme of the bootie. You can wear this in the fall as long as if you don't live anywhere that is too cold and even then you might be able to get away with wearing this if you throw on some thick tights or wear a longer dress.

I also love the orange color of this dress because I think that it is perfect for fall and I also think that it goes really well with the booties.

The last outfit is again, a little more country/western but still fun. I threw on a chambray shirt with a colored pair of pants/jeans. You can also try this look with a white pair of pants. I think the only color I wouldn't wear with these booties or similar ones is the color black. I personally have never thought it looks good with this style of shade of color but if you can make it work then, yay great job!

One tip I have is that I recommend searching for ankle pants if you want to wear colored pants with a pair of booties like this because I wasn't really the biggest fan of having to cuff them but they were just too long and they were going inside the bootie.

Shoes for Spring

Hey guys here a few shoes that I have had my eye on for this spring. I really like wearing bright and pastel colors during the springtime because they remind of blooming flowers. Plus most of the time you typically only wear very basic colors during the wintertime so it's nice to be able to wear something bright and cheerful.  My three favorites are 2, 6 and 9. Unfortunately number 10 is no longer available but I basically just love the style of the shoe not necessarily that specific color.

So I know I haven't posted anything in a few days and I am really sorry about that. This post was actually supposed to go up on Saturday and the post that will be going up tomorrow was supposed to go up on Sunday but unfortunately I was unable to get them ready before I went out of town. I actually went to Disney/Orlando for the Mother's Day weekend because we had one last day of our Discover Disney Tickets to use up before they expired (but we actually ended up upgrading our tickets to seasonal passes because we are already planning a trip to the Food and Wine Festival in October that Epcot hosts every year.)

To make up for missing a few days I plan on posting a two posts a day for a couple days once I am able to get a few together. I was on such a good roll for a little while but I just got too busy with other things before we left for our trip. I hope these shoes give you some inspiration during your next shopping trip!
