Hey guys,
I hope everyone had a
great weekend! I just got back from my long weekend late last night. We took a
road trip to Wilmington, North Carolina (I will be blogging about it latter)
this weekend for my sisters 30th birthday! It was a lot of fun and I
absolutely love getting to travel. Wilmington is actually a city that I have
been to a couple of times but my sister has never been and so we thought it
would be fun to go for her 30th.
So I know it’s fall
but it’s still super hot and we did a lot of walking around in all of the
different cities that we visited so I am still wearing shorts. I recently
purchased these shorts at Dillard’s and they are BCBG, which is one of my
favorite brands. I have pretty much been in love with this company since 2008 and
I have owned several dressed from over the years as well as clothes from their
other brands.
I bought these shorts
because they were super cheap for the brand and I also love wearing flowy
fabric shorts during the hot summer because they are loose fitting and don’t
seem to make you sweat as much. These shorts were on sale when I bought them
and then because they were on sale they were an additional 40% off so they were
only like $30, which is a really good deal for this brand!
Also, sorry for not
posting on Friday, I totally thought I was going to be able to finish the post
before we left town but we ended up leaving Thursday evening and I ran out of
time before we hoped in the car and drove for 12 hours! I will however be
posting the post that was supposed to go up on Friday sometime this week. But I
still have to finish it first haha.
