My Bridesmaid Proposal Boxes

Hey Guys!

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week and enjoy your weekend! I don't really have any plans for the weekend except for school and wedding planning stuff mostly. My fiancé is gone pretty much all day during the work week since he works in office and so we try to get as much of our wedding planning that we need to get done together on the weekends. I also need to focus on getting as much school done as I possibly can before I leave for my trip with my parents and then my other trips I have coming up as well. I don't really plan on spending those weeks studying or doing any school work so I pretty much have to focus and cram in as much as I can.

Today's post is wedding related! I created boxes for our Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Flower Girls, and Ring/Sign Bearers to give them as little thank you gifts for saying yes to being apart of our wedding. They are technically our proposal boxes but honestly I am a very practical person and I would never expect someone to say yes just because I asked them so we technically verbally asked all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen before we gave them these boxes. We didn't want to spend the money and take the risk that someone was going to say no. I will be doing a post on each of the boxes over the next week or so. This post, as I'm sure you could tell by the title is about the Bridesmaid boxes!

I got everything for the Bridesmaid boxes on Amazon. I am seriously obsessed with Amazon! I think it is such an amazing site and it's seriously like a one stop shop for almost everything you need. I do have to say that sometimes they can be overpriced so I did do my researching before I ended up purchasing some of the stuff. But for their boxes they each received a champagne flute that says either Bridesmaid or Maid of Honor! These will be for drinking mimosas or champagne or whatever their heart desires at the bachelorettes parties and for the getting ready morning so long as if everyone remembers to bring it with them! If not then we will have back up glasses for sure!

They also received pink satin hair scrunchies that have tags on them that say, "To have and to hold your hair back," which I thought was so cute! They also came with a pair of socks that they can wear at the bachelorette parties as well as the morning of while getting ready! Those were the 3 main little gifts that each of the bridesmaids got and then each bridesmaid and groomsmen received a little baggy that says "Best Day Ever" on it and inside they can find a Ring Pop and some Albanese Gummies! I thought the bags were absolutely perfect since we're getting married at Disney!

For the filler I also purchased white crinkle paper. At first I didn't think there was going to be any room left over but then I was also thinking that we might have to ship some of these since everyone is spread out over 3 different states and we also currently live in a different state. But thankfully I was able to have everything shipped to my parents house and then when I flew down to go wedding dress shopping, I made my mom and sister (Maid of Honor) help me put them together real quick and then I just plan on passing them out as I see people over the next few months. So far most have already received theirs except for one bridesmaid, two flower girls, our ring bearer and two groomsmen.

Thanks for stopping by!

XO, Steph
